Fran Tizol serves as the Program Coordinator at Goldstar, where she plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the organization's Early Intervention programs.

With almost three decades of experience in the field, Fran's diverse background includes various roles such as special instructor, evaluator, EI administrator, and Director of an early childhood center. Currently, she proudly represents provider agencies as the co-chair for the Early Intervention Provider’s Association (ELPA) in Southeastern PA, demonstrating her commitment to advocating for the needs of both providers and the families they serve.

Fran's extensive experience has allowed her to co-chair Local County Coordinating Councils, offering valuable insights into navigating the complexities of the Early Intervention system. She excels in supporting staff through system changes, facilitating a smooth transition between established practices and the integration of new, evidence-based approaches. Fran is dedicated to connecting the dots between successful strategies and necessary adjustments, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality support to the children and families under Goldstar's care.

What Fran values most about her role is the transformative impact that Early Intervention can have on families' lives. Witnessing children reach milestones and graduate from EI with positive testimonials from their families is incredibly rewarding to her.
