We require a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, and active Pennsylvania state licensure. New graduates preparing for their CFY are also encouraged to apply.
Our process typically includes an initial phone screening, followed by a virtual or in-person interview with the clinical director, and a final team meeting. We aim to make decisions within 2 weeks.
New team members receive comprehensive onboarding, mentorship from senior SLPs, regular professional development sessions, and funding for continuing education and certifications.
